Podgorica Accommodation
Hotels and Apartments in Podgorica
Hotels, apartments and hostels in Podgorica from city-centre business stays to longer-term Tolosi apartments and budget rooms near the central bus station.
Accommodation in Podgorica runs on a working-city calendar more than a tourist one. The hotel cluster sits in the centre between Trg Republike and the Bulevar, mostly business-grade four-star rooms used for conferences, embassy travel and the spring trade-fair stretch, rates run sixty to one hundred and twenty euros a night through the working week, dropping fifteen to twenty-five euros at weekends. A handful of older two-and-three-star hotels survive along Slobode Avenue and the south of the centre at forty to seventy euros, and the airport-area hotels twelve kilometres south serve overnight transit traffic.
Outside the centre, Tolosi, Zabjelo and the residential blocks hold the longer-stay apartment supply, typically twenty-five to forty-five euros a night for a one-bedroom flat and noticeably cheaper than central hotel rooms across week-long bookings. A few stone-house guesthouses operate inside Stara Varos for visitors who want the older quarter at the door, and hostels concentrate near the central bus station and the railway station with dorm beds at ten to fifteen euros. Availability stays steady year-round; the busiest stretches are the September academic-year start, the spring conference season and the December business close-out, while late July and early August quieten as residents and many smaller operators leave for the coast.
