Apartments in Podgorica are mostly let by individual owners through the city's longer-stay rental market rather than the holiday-let economy of the coast. The supply concentrates in Tolosi, Zabjelo and the residential blocks south of the centre, with one-bedroom flats at twenty-five to forty-five euros a night and two-bedroom flats at thirty-five to seventy. Bookings of seven nights and above attract weekly discounts of ten to twenty per cent.

The centre carries a smaller share, mostly newer build-to-let stock around the Bulevar and the embassy quarter at thirty-five to sixty euros for one-bedroom, with parking included or available at a nearby garage. A handful of stone-house apartments operate inside Stara Varos for visitors who want the Ottoman quarter at the door. Self-catering kitchens, washing machines and WiFi are standard. Check-in is typically by key-handover from the owner or a smartbox; full key-collection systems are still rare outside the centre's larger buildings.
