Services at and around Podgorica Airport cover the standard package for a small international airport. Long-stay parking at the airport runs five euros for the first day and three for each subsequent day; short-stay parking runs three euros an hour. The airport bus runs hourly between five in the morning and ten at night to and from the central bus station at three euros a head, journey time around twenty-five minutes. Car-hire desks of the major Balkan and international operators sit in the arrivals hall, open across all flight times.

The taxi rank outside arrivals runs a fixed-price system of around fifteen euros to the city centre, with separate pricing to the Adriatic coast. The airport runs a small business-lounge programme for connecting passengers, plus the standard cafe-and-shop arrivals offer. Pre-booked transfer pickups operate from a dedicated zone outside arrivals. The duty-free shop, currency-exchange counter, ATM and luggage-storage office cover the rest of the visitor service.
