The focus is diamond jewellery, including a Dancing Diamond line in which a natural diamond is set to move within its mount. The collection runs across engagement and wedding rings (burme), earrings, necklaces and bracelets, alongside religious jewellery.

Stones and pieces carry gemological certification from GIA and IGS London, and the business is certified to an ISO 9001 quality-management system. Mikel sells both to retail buyers and to the trade, and runs an online shop in addition to the shop floor.
